Refund policy
At VivaSpace.in, we are committed to delivering high-quality electronic table lamps that enhance your space. Because our products are electrical in nature, we follow specific return and refund guidelines to ensure safety, fairness, and product integrity.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged Product (During Transit)
If the product is received physically damaged, cracked, or broken.
✅ Manufacturing Defect
If the lamp does not function due to a manufacturing defect.
✅ Incorrect Item Delivered
If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Be recorded from the moment the package is opened

Clearly show the outer packaging

Show the product and any visible damage

Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the return request.
3. Return Request Timeline

You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

After 48 hours, returns will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Minor color variation due to lighting/screen differences

Improper installation or misuse

Damage caused after delivery

Products without original packaging

Used or installed lamps
Electrical products once installed cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned unless defective.
5. Replacement Policy
If your return is approved:

We will arrange pickup (where serviceable), OR

You may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse
After inspection:

A replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days
We prioritize replacement over refund for defective items.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

Product is out of stock for replacement

Replacement cannot be arranged

Verified severe manufacturing defect
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
